General (and silly) Legal Disclaimer

In a perfect world of First Amendment freedoms of speech and expression, I could present legal advice on this web site and you would be free to follow it, laugh at it, or anything in between. But we don't live in a perfect world, do we? That's why if I were to give legal advice, I could potentially be charged with the crime of practicing law without a license, and possibly face other legal repercussions as well, as I am not an attorney, and am not licensed by any government to practice law or give legal advice.

The problem is that our legislatures are made up of attorneys, and these attorneys have passed laws making it a crime for anyone to infringe on their line of work. I don't necessarily blame attorneys directly, since I speculate that if farmers replaced these attorneys tomorrow, it might soon be a crime to grow food without a license. I believe it is simply the way that power corrupts people. Our federal government is some 210 years old. Age is good for wine, but cancerous for government.

Now I absolutely do have a first amendment right to give legal advice. I believe any law restricting that right is void for its unconstitutionality, but one of the things we learn is to choose our battles wisely, and fighting for my right to give you legal advice is one I choose not to fight today (although that right is in no way waived).

For that reason, nothing on this web site is to be taken as legal advice or construed as recommended legal action for any person because it isn't. I present all information here for educational purposes only. Any use of any material found anywhere on this web site by any person is done at that party's sole discretion, risk of loss and/or reward. For legal advice as to what you should do in your particular situation, you may need to consult with a competent, licensed attorney, provided you can find one with both those qualities.

Furthermore, all visitors to this site are invited to verify for themselves all facts presented at this site, and for that matter, any other site they might encounter. While I and many others do our best to only present the facts about the law, unraveling the legal maze sown by 200 years of legal sophistry no easy task and a job that is never done. Accordingly, I reserve the right to alter the claims made on this site as my understanding of the law progresses.

Also, there are a growing number of links being made to this site, and most web page links make claims about what is advocated here. Usually those claims are accurate, but I have no control over what others say, so when in doubt, please leave those claims at the linking site. I furthermore do not necessarily endorse the content or philosophy of any site that links to mine, though I often do.

Finally, any successes (or failures) I document on this site are no guarantee of similar success (or failure) for any person choosing to engage is similar activity.

I take full responsibility for my actions, and I think everyone else should too.

All information presented here is done so under the protection of the First, Fourth, Ninth, and Tenth Amendment of the United States Constitution, and article I section 2 of the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Furthermore, as established in the famous trial of William Penn in August 1670, and contrary to the unlawful instructions given by most American judges, in addition to judging the facts of a case, juries also have the right and duty to pass judgement on the law (meaning they may acquit a violator of the law if they believe the law in question is unconstitutional, immoral, just plain stupid, or if the penalty is deemed too harsh). Juries are also lawfully free to vote according to their conscience, above all other considerations.
